| Teach your child to relax if he starts feeling anxious, it will help if you can help your child rationalise his fears. Breathe slowly, regularly and deeply during the procedure. This includes medications, yogic exercises, and sleeping. Yet, this method is the best medicine that you can ever have for a successful anxiety/depression self help. If you think you are having a Panic Attack, get to a Doctor right away. Oftentimes, they will be judging themselves by making negative comparisons in unrealistic ways.
